I would like to dedicate the merits of my spiritual responses to his Holiness Grand Master Living Buddha Lian Sheng, for without him my destiny would have never changed.
In the past, I suffered greatly due to the negligent breaking of the precepts and due to my selfishness and attachment to Greed, Anger and Ignorance. What was the karma you may ask? I would dare not say. It would be best to leave the past in the past. I write this as a warning for all and for encouragement for hope.
I spent years isolated inside my house crying, trying to find a way to remove my negative karma. I tried all methods I could find to overcome my situation. I searched in all religions, in books and doctors — none could help me.
In the broadcast I watched, Grand Master mentioned that he would not abandon any one, even the worst person in the world is still welcome in the True Buddha School. Well, the worst person in the world was me. I spent my whole day at my local temple from when they opened until they closed and went home. It became my second home. I chanted nonstop and read sutras.
Then it got worse in 2012.
It was very violent. I didn’t leave the house for years. I was unemployed for years. No money. No support. No Hope. My mother brought me to the temple weekly, and drove me to the doctor. That was the only time I could get any sunlight. I became a recluse. My eyes hurt when I went outside because I was indoors all day. I cried nonstop for years. I was very scared that someone outside was going to literally hurt me. I heard very loud and angry “F**K YOU, it happened left and right whenever I went out. It never stopped. What was I supposed to do? How do I escape this?
Then hope came.
I chanted the High King Sutra 8,000 times. Grand Master appeared to be clearly in my dream. He was standing on the other side of the lake staring at me. Grand Master gave me instructions to chant the High King Sutra. A few days later, I received a spiritual consultation by a visiting monk. She told me I needed to chant the High King Sutra. She had divine spiritual powers and could communicate with the Buddha’s and Bodhisattvas. She communicated with the Golden Mother of the Primordial Jade Pond.
I could see tears in her eyes and she knew what I have been through. She asked how many times I can chant the High King Sutra by the end of the year.
I told her 20,000.
She said, “Not enough”.
I said “25,000”.
She said “Not enough.
I said “30,000”.
“Not enough”.
I finally reached the number 33,000 times. Golden Mother accepted this number. In my mind I was happy, but how was I going to accomplish such a goal?
With my very heavy negative karma, I had no choice. This was the only way out. My local temple was very happy for me and gave me encouragement.
I was also told to recite, “Om Guru Lian Sheng Siddhi Hum“, after each recitation of the High King Sutra, so that Grand Master’s seal would bless it. I was told to visit the temple to pay homage to the Buddhas and make my wish and merit dedicate and burn Joss Paper and dedicate the merits to all sentient beings and all my karmic creditors debtors and enemies.
In the picture I have attached it shows my record of when I completed each recitation. It was very fierce and I was very scared after each completion of 1,000 times. I would experience a life altering event to remove my negative karma, then the good karma will appear afterwards.
I was chanting non-stop day and night. I was able to recite High King Sutra 1,000 in 7 days. My fastest recitation was High King Sutra 1,000 times in 3 days– this required no sleep. I won’t do this again– it is done with less focus.
Me and the High King Sutra became one. The story of the origin of the High King Sutra was there was a prison being sentenced to death and a monk appeared to him in a dream to teach him the High King Sutra. After he recited the High King Sutra 1,000 times he had escaped death. Now that I think about it, I feel that was me sometimes. The only way out was reciting the High King Sutra.
How my life has changed you may asked?
Well, first off I have a job now. I bought a car and I can drive it. I can go to the mall restaurant and even eat fast foods without being scared. I can say hi and talk to people. Although I am not at my social level back in high school or in college, it has greatly improved with Grand Master’s blessing. Maybe I can find a wife one day — Om Guru Lian Sheng Siddhi Hum.
Everytime I burned my High King Sutra paper with joss paper, I had to make a vow each time to not break the precepts, to always do good and to never do evil. By Respecting the Guru, Treasuring the Dharma, and Cultivating Diligently disasters will disappear.
My life is not the same as before. I am now working. I am able to go out and go to any place I want to visit. I can go to the mall and restaurants. I can go and enjoy and live life freely. The High King Sutra will change your destiny.
This is completely authentic and true. If it weren’t for Grand Master’s guidance I would not be the person who I am today. The High King Sutra can save your life and change your Destiny.
